Paste a job listing URL. This triggers the capture-job.yml workflow,
which screenshots & archives the listing, creates an applications/
folder and appends a row to job-tracker.csv automatically.
Add a tracker row only — useful for jobs applied to manually (no URL),
or to pre-track a listing before capturing it. This does not
create an applications/ folder.

🔐 Token permissions needed
Used to save tracker edits, add jobs and trigger captures. Create a
fine-grained token
scoped to Purple-Drain/resume with:
• Contents: Read and write
• Actions: Read and write
This is the same token used by capture-form.html — it's stored
only in this browser's local storage and sent directly to api.github.com.
